3 GECS Labs commits to processing all personal data in line with UK Data Protection Legislation and embedding good data protection practices throughout our organisation.

4 GECS Labs processes personal data of individuals who interact with us or use our platform and services.

5 This notice explains our data processing activities and the rights of data subjects.

6 For this notice a "Customer" is a person receiving videography services from a "Provider" and a "Provider" is a person offering those services.

7 GECS Labs collects and processes the following personal data.

8 Name, address, IP address, email address and telephone number.

9 If you are a Provider, details of your business operations, portfolio, skills, rates and availability.

10 If you are a Customer, images, video and or voice recordings forming part of Deliverables.

11 Bank or payment details which you provide directly when using our services, GECS Labs does not retain this information.

12 Information collected directly from you when you contact us or use our services.

13 Information received from Providers, for Customers, or from Customers, for Providers.

14 To contact you before you become a client and to enter into a contract.

15 To fulfil contractual obligations and exercise rights under any contract for our services.

16 Under our legitimate interests to respond to your enquiries and provide information about GECS Labs and our services.

17 Where required, we seek your consent and will provide full details of processing, and you may withdraw consent at any time.

18 If you are a Customer, we share your personal data with Providers.

19 If you are a Provider, we share your personal data with Customers.

20 We share data with third‐party data processors, including IT and software service providers, cloud computing providers and document storage providers, under contractual confidentiality obligations and with required security measures.

21 We will share your data if required by law or to comply with legal obligations.

22 In the event of a sale of our business, we may share your data with prospective purchasers under confidentiality arrangements.

23 If data is transferred outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards such as adequacy agreements or contractual clauses are in place.

24 GECS Labs implements internal policies and controls to prevent loss, accidental destruction, misuse or unauthorised disclosure of data.

37 If you enter into a contract with GECS Labs for goods or services, failure to provide required data may prevent us from fulfilling the contract and you may be unable to exercise certain contractual rights.

39 We may amend this Notice and will notify you of significant changes.
